By using ProNursingScholars ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Nature of the Service

ProNursingScholars provides academic writing support for nursing and health sciences students at every program level, from Pre-Nursing/CNA and BSN to MSN, nurse practitioner, DNP and doctoral programs. Work produced for you is intended as a study aid, reference material or model paper to help you understand how scholarly work in your field is built. It is not to be submitted as your own work in breach of your institution's academic integrity policy.

Our work is academic writing support only. It is not clinical guidance and must not be used to make patient-care decisions. Always follow your facility's policies, current clinical guidelines and the direction of your faculty or preceptor.

You are responsible for understanding and complying with your institution's academic integrity rules. ProNursingScholars accepts no responsibility for how work is used after delivery.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be placed with accurate information. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the submitted brief is incomplete, misleading, or requests content we do not provide.
• Prices are displayed before payment and are fixed at the time of order confirmation.
• Payment is due at the time of order placement. Work begins upon payment confirmation.
• The payment options available to you are shown at checkout. You may also use a wallet balance if you hold one.

4. Delivery

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order by the deadline you specified. In the event of late delivery due to circumstances within our control, our money-back guarantee applies (see Section 6).

5. Revisions

Free revisions are available for 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the revision request relates to the original brief and does not represent a significant change of scope. Revision requests that substantially change the scope of the original order may be treated as a new order.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Money-Back Guarantee policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or credited to your wallet balance.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ProNursingScholars to:

• Request content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful
• Impersonate another person or provide false information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform
• Resell or redistribute work produced by our writers

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and approval of an order, all rights to the delivered work transfer to you. The writers who prepared it retain no rights to the content after delivery. You may use the work for personal educational and reference purposes.

9. Confidentiality

We treat client information and orders as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your identity or order details with third parties, including educational institutions.

10. Limitation of Liability

ProNursingScholars' total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including academic penalties, arising from your use of delivered work.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
