If we miss your deadline, or the work still does not match your original brief after revisions, you can ask for a refund. The conditions are set out in full below.

Late Delivery

If the work arrives after your stated deadline and you can no longer use it, you are entitled to a refund.

Missed Brief

If the delivered work still does not match your original instructions after revisions, you can request a refund.

Free revisions for 14 days from delivery, for changes that relate to your original brief.

How the guarantee works

Your payment is held while you review the delivery. It is released to your writer only after you approve the work.

If the work does not match the brief you submitted, request a revision through your dashboard. Revisions are free for 14 days. If the work still does not meet the original requirements after those revisions, you can request a refund.

Refund eligibility

You are entitled to a full or partial refund if:

The work is delivered after the deadline you specified and you can no longer use it
After revisions within the 14-day window, the work still does not meet the original brief
You paid for a service we cannot deliver (for example a subject or paper type we do not cover)
A duplicate payment was made in error

Refunds do not apply if:

You change the brief significantly after the order is placed and the work has started
The work was completed to the brief but you changed your mind
The revision request falls outside the 14-day window without a valid reason
You have already approved and downloaded the order

Revision policy

Revisions are free within 14 days of delivery when the request relates to the original brief. Corrections, formatting adjustments and clearer explanations are not charged. A request that substantially changes the scope of the order may be treated as a new order, as set out in our Terms of Service.

For larger projects, the brief includes everything you supplied. If a required element from your project template, rubric or committee guidelines is missing, such as a required section, the citation style you specified, or a reporting checklist you named (for example PRISMA 2020 or SQUIRE 2.0), we add it at no charge within the revision window.

Grades and other academic outcomes are decided by your institution and are outside this guarantee, in line with Section 10 of the Terms.
